tim+anne’s story began in the Chicago suburbs, where they were raised in large Irish-Catholic families. Tim became a fireman, Anne a nurse. They were married at twenty-one and began attending a new church that was meeting in a movie theatre. In the context of a small group they heard a story about Jesus that sounded familiar. However, this time they connected to Jesus and His story in personal and life giving ways. As newlyweds and new followers of Christ they grew in intimacy with God and in community with others. They joyfully served at Willow Creek Community Church for twenty years.

Since their life-changing encounter with Jesus, tim+anne’s constant prayer has been to listen to God, reach agreement in unity, and step out in faith. This has resulted in a lifetime of adventures. One major faith step involved giving up the familiarity and comforts of living in their childhood hometown; leaving family, friends, and a great church; taking an early retirement from fire department and nursing professions; and moving to Holland, Michigan to serve full time in a local church.

After five years in Western Michigan, God’s next major invitation included selling their home and moving to an apartment in Pasadena, California to help birth a leadership school for the emerging generation. God then invited them to move to Colorado Springs to serve alongside passionate followers of Christ. More recently, tim+anne quit their paid ministry jobs to follow their vision quest of encouraging men and women full time in all God has designed for marriage.

Viewing themselves as bridge-builders, tim+anne have gleaned wisdom from relationships with evangelical, charismatic, Catholic and home church leaders. They do not focus on the 'jots and tittles' of Greek and Hebrew but on biblical principles lived out in real life. Their spiritual gifts of leadership & encouragement, wisdom & discernment, and prayer & prophecy dovetail with their anointing as spiritual parents.

tim+anne are a real life couple who have had their mettle tested. With over thirty years of marriage they have experienced the marital hopes and heartaches in 'two becoming ONE.' They are parents, grandparents, and ordained ministers. tim+anne are nationally certified Healing House Network ministers. Tim has a degree in fire science, and Anne is a licensed nurse. They both have master and doctor of practical ministry diplomas from Wagner Leadership Institute. They live in Colorado near the base of Pikes Peak.
