In our book (pg.355) we ask readers to share REAL LIFE stories of how they exercised Rulership by implementing the Traffic Light Principle.

Each story should be approximately 1000 words in length and include:

• 1 - the decision you faced
• 2 - how the Traffic Light Principal helped you reach unity
• 3 - the results of walking in unity
